Next in the series “The World’s Gone Mad.”

This is a wacky statement, altruistic in nature I’m sure, but not very well thought out, but the statement alone is not why it made my “The World’s Gone Mad” series.

Below is an excerpt from this article, which tells a slightly different take from Rep. Jackson.

It seems that Jackson has changed his views significantly since last month when he said that the iPad was “revolutionizing” the country” and that it would “fundamentally alter how we will educate our children” followed by making a suggestion that there should be an “iPad for every student in the nation”.

How can these two thoughts come from the same person in such a short time span?  Its easy when the world’s gone mad.
